REFUND POLICY

7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 7 days from the date your services started, you may open a support ticket for a no-questions-asked refund. This will immediately terminate your services and your data will be destroyed.

TRIAL EXCEPTIONS
If you entered into a trial, you are not eligible for a refund of any kind.

REFUNDS ON UN-USED SERVICE TIME
If you decide to terminate an annual subscription earlier than one calendar year, you may be eligible to receive a prorated refund on the unused portion of your payment. For instance, if you purchase your product or service on January 01, and terminate on April 01, you will have the months of May through December refunded to the card you made your payment with.

LIMITATIONS OF REFUND METHODS
WE WILL ONLY MAKE REFUNDS TO THE CARD OR PAYMENT METHOD MADE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE REFUND TO ANY OTHER METHOD. IF YOUR PURCHASE WAS MADE WITH A MASTER CARD ENDING IN 1234, WE WILL ONLY REFUND THE MASTER CARD ENDING IN 1234 AND IN NO OTHER METHOD WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED.

OVERPAYMENTS
If you overpay us on an invoice, the change will be applied to your next invoice. We will not refund overpayments.

EQUIPMENT RETURNS & ABANDONED EQUIPMENT
For Co-Location services, if you have sent equipment to us to host upon termination of your service, we will generate a shipping invoice.  Once paid, it may take up to 14 days to package and ship your equipment.  If the invoice remains in nonpayment status for longer than 14 days, we will charge a $100 secure storage fee for every 14 days we must keep the device secure.  Approaching your 60th day of non-payment we will attempt to reach out to you one last time as on the 60th day of non-payment we will recycle your device.   Upon recycling your device, we will remove the invoice for shipping from your account, but this does not relieve you from the duty of paying any other past due amount including all applicable secure storage fees.

CHANGE IN-OFFICE
If you pay cash in office, you can opt to receive change or have the change added to your account for a credit to your next bill.

EXCHANGES
In the event of a hardware failure, nothing is required on your part – under the terms of the rental of your server, we will make the appropriate replacements without further cost to you.
